solid stay near madison square garden
helpful staff clean room decent quality quiet room
edwin and anthony at the front desk were very helpful. i used to work at the broadmoor hotel, and i value great customer service. they provided friendly and efficient assistance. the room was also clean and decent.
The hotel could use some updating. It felt a little tired around the edges

the complimentary breakfast featured a nice variety of options. hot drinks were available around the clock, a definite plus for late arrivals or early departures. the hotel offered luggage storage which was useful for sightseeing before transfers.

the king room had a comfortable bed. it was quiet, important for restful sleep! i did wish the room included a mini-fridge. despite these minor inconveniences, the room met my basic needs effectively.

the location was central! multiple subway lines were within a few blocks. penn station was also nearby! it was easy to access many parts of the city.

The location is AMAZING!!! It is super close to transportation. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a nice selection and great variety.

cute staff strong water pressure comfortable bed
i found the staff cute and courteous. the water pressure in the shower was strong. i appreciated the comfortable bed and the adjustable thermostat which allowed me to customize the room temperature to my liking.
i noticed the breakfast area was quite crowded. it was often difficult to find a seat during peak hours. the limited space.

the hotel offered practical amenities. i used the fitness center and it had a treadmill and a set of free weights. the business center had two computers and a printer available for guest use.

the complimentary breakfast included scrambled eggs sausage and waffles. there was also a selection of cereals fruit and yogurt available. coffee and tea were available throughout the day near the lobby which i found convenient.

my room featured a king-size bed a work desk and a television. the bathroom included zero+ brand shampoo gel and conditioner. i was grateful the room had a small refrigerator which was useful for storing drinks and snacks.
